Husna, Nabils and I were craving adventure and we ended up at Lake Garda, which is a lake in the north of Italy. I can’t describe how beautiful that place was to you, you’d have to see it for yourself.
We got on the 11am train and were there by 12pm. Food came first as we didn’t have any breakfast before leaving Milan. Ordered an Uber and asked him to take us to Bep’s Burger located in the city centre.
It was such a beautiful spot with white furniture and all that, and it overlooked the lake, which was super relaxing. Well at least it was before we ordered our burgers. We ordered the Caliente Burger and that thing was spicy! None of us could finish it, luckily I ordered a milkshake, so it kinda helped numb it down a bit.
After satisfying our bellies, we went to the waterfront which was amazing! The water was so crisp and blue it was truly something beautiful.
We took a few photos while we walked along the lake, then eventually ended up by the peddle boats.
We all got on one of them and peddled away on the water. Husna was relaxing while we did all the work btw. I was literally at peace on the water, I could’ve easily slept off if not for Nabils poking to check if I was alive or not. Lol
After that, we went to this castle that had amazing views of the city. I sat at the edge of one of it’s walls and just took all of the beauty in.
Being the lazy bunch that we are, after a few more minutes of walking around, we got tired and began heading back to the train station.
Thank God it was just an hour train ride back to Milan. Soon as I got in, I slept off. It was really fun spending time with my girls and getting to see such an amazing lake with all it’s views.
