Day one in Paris and visiting the Musèe d’Orsay was on our itinerary. So after having lunch at the Eiffel Tower, we took a scenic walk down to the museum.
We found our way to the entrance, sorted out tickets and picked up our guide maps. I remember walking into this large space with this beautiful roof window spreading natural light all around!
Turned around to see this big antique clock that had amazing details! I absolutely loved it.
We went on to explore the museum and see all the amazing art they had on display.
I was mostly excited to see Van Gogh’s ‘Starry Night’, cause it’s one of my favourite paintings of art history. It was also nice to see his self portrait painting too. (Ignore what was going on with my jacket please, LOL)
Wouldn’t be a museum visit without some of my silliness. I call it the ‘strike a pose’ LOL.
We eventually got tired and decided to go grab some food afterwards.
