AMBIENCE:

The restaurant was quite basic in terms of decor and overall ambience. I assumed being an Indian restaurant there would be something around that hints that, but I was disappointed not to find anything.

Nonetheless, I liked that I had the option to either sit inside or outside, and as the weather was quite okay, outside it was.

SERVICE:

Loved the service we received here. I mainly enjoyed conversing with the waiter and he was kind enough to explain the dishes and suggest what he thought was good for me to try as a first timer.

FOOD:

Indian food always has a special place in my heart and dining here reminded me why. You could tell that every dish was made with so much thought and love if I must say. + the menu offered a variety of options but not the overwhelming type.

Virgin Mojito – N1800

I really need to stay away from these Mojitos. Is it jazz? 🤦🏾‍♀️

Butter Chicken – N3400

Butter chicken and tikka masala are usually my go to sauces. I had missed butter chicken a lot and my friend did too, so we went for it. I loved how rich it was and that it was not too sweet like the others I’ve tried. I enjoyed it with both the naan and the rice. Super recommended.

Naan Bread

This definitely gets on my list as one of the places to get good nan bread from. It’s texture was good and pairing it with the sauce was divine.

Grilled Prawns – N4900

This was the highlight of the day. I legit thanked my friend for taking me there, that was how much I liked it. I loved the tandoori spices it’s been marinated in and the char from the grill just topped it all.

Vegetable Fried Rice – N2600

Great choice for a side. I genuinely enjoyed it, especially when I added the butter chicken sauce to it.
